Cheerful Part Time Customer Service Associate Position Now Open!
It is rare that we have an open position at Vanity Room Waxing Boutique so if you love the beauty industry and making others feel amazing, we want to meet you! Our Customer Service Associates are passionate about delighting customers by making every interaction an unforgettable experience, whether that’s through inbound calls, emails or when they walk in the door. We want people with a personality, who love making an impact with every customer interaction.
If you are friendly and love to spread “good vibes” to other people, then Vanity Room may be for you. If you have experience in the hospitality industry, customer service industry, sales or service industry, then you have what it takes to join our team. If you want to join our team you must be able to communicate in a professional manner to our customers, bilingual is a plus! We also prefer that you are able to pass a background screening and drug screen. Although we like to have fun here at Vanity Room, we ask that you have a professional appearance and demeanor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Amazing people skills. You’re a great listener and communicator.
• One year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Calm under pressure. You can make smart decisions in a fast-paced work environment.
• Stellar phone presence. People can hear you smiling!
• A performance mindset. You’re motivated by results and self-improvement.
Approximate hours:
· 15-20 hours a week
· Open Tuesday-Saturday (no work on Sunday & Monday)
· Looking for someone to work the afternoon/evening shift and every-other Saturday
· Pay is $9-10/hour, depending on experience
