PRINCIPLE DUTIES FOR LASH TECHNICIAN/STYLIST:
Customize each lash set to the clients needs
Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by state law and the studio’s policies and procedures
Professional, positive & friendly demeanor & attitude
Understand and promote The Lash Doctor’s service offerings including choice upgrades
Understand and promote The Lash Doctor’s exclusive retail products for guest’s at-home usage and aftercare
Create an excellent experience for guests through a friendly and helpful attitude
Provide recommendations and education to members/guests on proper lash aftercare
Generate new clientele by promoting yourself on social media platforms
Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of lash bed and common areas
ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist
Must be willing to learn The Lash Doctor application technique
Must be customer service oriented and be able to communicate effectively with clients, studio management and sales associates
Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays optional
Experience required
Must have the ability to work under pressure
Must be self-motivated & ambitious
Must have Instagram & marketing skills
