This is an Hourly Position with Opportunity for Sales Commissions!
This is a Sales goal oriented job! You will perform services to both promote and sell our line of skincare and enhance the customer’s overall experience with our products.

The Butter Bar Skincare (www.MyButterBar.com)is an All-Natural Skincare and Lifestyle Brand that creates plant-based beauty products to improve both skin and life. Our products are results-based. We strive to educate women on making “the switch” to greener beauty products and holistic approaches to caring for their skin.
***Our current major demographic is women of color. Knowledge of this type of skin is essential.
***Must be prepared for internal events and outside events to help promote the Facial & Waxing Boutique. Traveling out of city and state is also a strong possibility.
Must assist in recruiting these events as well when need.
Qualifications and Experience
Current Esthetician License for the State of Texas
Proficiency in facial and body waxing techniques
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to add-on additional services, fruit enzyme peels, eye treatments, waxing services, brow tinting, and makeup is a +
Welcome client and guide them through the store and Spa Boutique
Prior experience in retail, hospitality or salon/spa industry strongly preferred
Must have a minimum of one year in customer service experience is a plus
Experience with salon/spa software (we currently use Booksy) and Microsoft office is preferred though general computer knowledge is required.
Natural ability to sell services and educate guests on products and treatments
Must have knowledge in using: Facebook, Instagram, Canva to promote services.
Schedule clients to maximize efficient use of time for our appointment book and make weekly/monthly quotas.
Elevate the client experience by offering enhancements and cross-selling services
Communicate with team members and guests in a friendly, professional manner
Must be willing to make phone calls to members, past guests to schedule them for services, monthly birthday calls, confirmations, etc).
Work with our social media specialist to schedule out (blog Posts, create template designs, create spa promotions, etc)
Answer phone calls and respond to client emails in a timely manner
Exhibit time management skills and ability to self-start, possess the ability to prioritize tasks
