SKINTECH SPA has opened its new location in Mira Vista Fort Worth and looking to hire Ambitious, Fresh Out of School, and Motivated estheticians to join the SKINTECH Family.
SKINTECH SPA is a skincare and cosmetic holistic spa focusing on non-invasive facials and body contouring.
We are known for our friendly approach and expertise, providing all our clients with a safe, comfortable experience.
At Skintech Spa, we offer exclusive skincare products and the most advanced Facials and Body contouring treatments.
We are looking for estheticians with at least one year of experience working in a spa – knowledge of performing a full spectrum of facial services and body contouring for spa clients designed to make each visit the singular best customer experience.
The successful applicant will be an exceptional team player with great attention to detail and the ability to focus in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Essential Duties
Perform a wide range of facial services.
Obtain client health history by using client intake forms, assessing problems and conditions, and consulting with clients about recommended treatments.
Record detailed client notes, including contraindications, allergies, medications, formulations, and treatment preferences.
Stay current with training and education on skincare and spa lines while proactively promoting products to clients.
Dedication to achieving and maintaining a retail-to-service sale ratio.
Complete side work and open and closing duties as directed by the Department Head or Manager.
Stay current on current licensing changes and abide by all rules and regulations associated with licensure.
Qualifications and Experience
Must have a State of Texas Esthetics License
Must have schedule availability to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Natural ability to sell and educate clients on products and treatments.
