Blow Dry Bar – Hair Stylist & Makeup Artist

Overview

We are an upscale blow dry bar looking to expend our team of talented individuals who can provide exceptional customer service. Additional information related to the position:

• Must be able to perform hair styling services; full face makeup application is VERY strongly preferred but can be trained upon
• Hair stylists should be proficient in updos and braids (such as fishtail, waterfall, pull through, reverse, French, and Dutch)
• Makeup artists should be able to create a variety of looks (dramatic, natural, and period) and apply adhesive lashes; airbrush makeup experience a plus but not required
• Positions available for 24+ hours per week
• Cosmetology license/permit require (position will perform all services with permit excluding chemical treatments)
• Must be able to work at least on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday on ongoing basis – no exceptions.
• Must be able to provide superior customer service to clients and have a team-oriented attitude
• Reliable transportation and punctuality absolutely required
• References, photos of work, and an audition may be requested for this position
• Appropriate attire and styled hair and makeup are a requirement for this position
