Park Avenue CURLS is a fast-growing multicultural salon specializing in textured hair. We pride ourselves on being the “Home of Healthy Hair” through our scientific approach to understanding and solving haircare concerns, texture-safe styling techniques, and commitment to offering excellent customer service to every guest. It’s our honor to establish trust and provide specialized resources for women and men with textured hair with our services, products, and education. Our founder, a celebrity hairstylist, and brand educator feels it’s our assignment to ensure that our community residents receive the same treatment as those we admire in the media.

Responsibilities:
- Perform flawlessly finished styles emphasizing total haircare. (silk press, twist, wash-n-go styles, etc., no worries: we train)
- Educate clients on the science of natural hair using Park Avenue CURLS Curriculum.
- Sell add-on services, retail products, and our VIP memberships.
- Maintain salon cleanliness and etiquette.
- Offer superior hospitality to our guests.
- Communicate with excellence.
Qualifications:
- A current and valid Texas cosmetology license
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A strong work ethic with a passion for serving others
- Teachable with social awareness skills
- Experience with styling natural hair is a plus!
