Overview

The Salon Coordinator is responsible for all front desk operations and overall salon flow. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring each guest receives a luxury experience from start to finish and supporting service providers who are booked back to back with nail, facial, and massage services.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Ensure service providers are aware of schedule modifications, late / early clients, and any notes that might impact a reservation.
Duties/Responsibilities:
 Responsible for answering phones, checking online bookings and handling walk in clients.
 Coordinator must master booking software tool and ensure that schedule for the current and next day is optimally organized across all service providers.
 Appointment follow ups as well as confirmation calls and texts
 Inputs client preferences and notes in Booker and communicates notes to service providers (Nail
Techs, Estheticians, etc.)
 Learn and effectively use salon software
 Accurately explain services
 Arrives at least :30 prior to salon open time
 Completes all assigned checklists accurately and according to the assigned timeline
(opening/closing)
 Restock retail and rearrange as needed/directed by management
 Responsible for client beverage service and restocking beverage station
 Answers all client questions confidently
 Assist service providers during service as needed
 Ensures service providers are running on time
 Always aware of salon operations during shift
 Possesses current product knowledge and attains all new product knowledge quickly
 Checks in orders/inventory and updates the system accurately and efficiently
 Delivers goods between locations as needed
 Ensures reception area is clean and always organized
 Light housekeeping duties are required when housekeeper is not on site (minimal time).
 Other duties as assigned
Required:
 Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
 Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
 Work in a fast-paced environment.
 Ability to lift to 20 lbs.
Education and Experience:
• Three years of client support service required.
