Salon Associate in Boutique Salon in Downtown Dallas

Overview

We are looking to expand our group again! The Michael Flores Salon is a boutique salon located at Neiman Marcus in Downtown Dallas on the 6th Floor.

We are looking for energetic, passionate, and curious hair school graduates (or soon-to-be) to work with one of our Senior team members full-time. Our Senior team member is a 9x international award-winning stylist/colorist, as well as a haircare brand international master artist.

Working one on one with your Educator will give you first-hand experience of working with salon guests. It is always an educational experience from salon guest to salon guest, where YOU participate in almost all of the activities! Applying color, doing highlights/balayage, glossing, conditioning treatments, blowdrying- mostly all in tandem with your Educator! This is an excellent way to be introduced to new guests to you while getting your hands into hair right away. There is less stress of guessing if you are doing it right, as you’re Educator will help guide you during it all.

This is part of an Associate Program, where you will be working with your Educator for 6 months to possibly 1 year, all depending on how you progress through the 4 stages of the program. Your progression will depend on your motivation to complete assignments, as well as your skillset development.

Additional tasks include maintaining our salon space for our guests. General cleaning, laundry, helper- more details to be shared during interview.
