proven leadership skills, strong sales and administrative skills, and is willing to work a
flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
1. BUILD CLIENT LOYALTY
• Assess their needs – Listen and ask questions.
• Sell them all appropriate services – Utilize knowledge and give advice.
• Sign them up as members – Provide the client with the program that is the
best value for them.
• Resolve all concerns with a positive result – Do what’s right for the client.
• Provide 5-star service to all members, employees, and outside contacts.
2. Responsible for promoting MassageLuXe in a positive manner.
3. Execute all MassageLuXe policies, procedures, and programs consistently, and in
the spirit in which they were designed.
4. Generate new clientele through promoting grassroots marketing.
5. Uphold all MassageLuXe standards of cleanliness, safety, facilities repair, and
equipment functionality.
6. Implement all Spa cash management and banking procedures accurately and
consistently.
7. Maintain a positive, safe, upbeat, welcoming atmosphere in your Spa, for both
clients and fellow employees
