General Responsibilities – All Color Bar Employees

Greet, assist, accommodate and escort all clients and visitors with a courteous, joyful nature
Provide the highest level of customer service, including responding to email and phone inquiries for this location
Performing color consultations
Shampoos and blow outs
Updating client records on in-house technology platform
Handling transactions on POS
Communicate and engage clients in post-service options with Madison Reed, including products sales, booking future appointments and online subscriptions
Help keep salon tidy + front desk organized and presentable
Assist with general office duties and helping out on special projects when needed
Attend brand training and receive one on one coaching to help progress to a Colorist

 

Colorist – Licensed Cosmetologist

Love hair color! You stay on top of industry trends and always have a color brush in your hand. Truly enjoy being a daymaker. Client satisfaction and making people feel beautiful makes your day

You have at least one year of experience working with a salon and with hair color.

You’re passionate about providing amazing color applications and aim for flawlessness!

You’ve already started building up your Instagram and portfolio and you’re ready to take off as a Colorist!

You’re comfortable with communication and enjoy being a problem solver for your clients, able to recommend products and take initiative in the color bar.

Technologically savvy.

You’re able to perform fabulous Blowouts in 30 minutes or less.

You’re driven to growing your career as a colorist and want to be an expert in the field.

Details don’t scare you, you get excited about each aspect of providing a flawless color service from start to finish, making your client feel amazing, each step of the way.

Assistant Colorist  – Licensed Cosmetologist

You are tech savvy
You are driven towards becoming a rockstar colorist and get excited about your own career growth
You’re a calm multi-tasker, always ready to lend a helping hand in making each client feel confident
You just received your license and you are ready to be mentored in an environment that leads with love, trust, courage and respect
