Lash RX is seeking to hire a self motivated, dedicated, enthusiastic experience Eyelash & Microblading Stylist. Are you passionate about, skincare and eyelash artistry? The Dallas leading beauty spa is offering a flexible Full time & Part time job opportunities with high tip and commission in a creative and fun working environment focused on the artistry, teamwork and respect.
Principle Duties for Lash Stylist
As a Lash RX Stylist,
· You will be working directly with our clients to understand their needs and vision for their lashes.
· Designs specific eyelash & microblading treatments based upon guest’s individual needs
· Provide the highest standards of eyelash brow artistry and displaying extensive knowledge of your craft.
· Cultivate new client relationships and ensure retention of existing client.
· Creates an excellent Studio experience for clients through a friendly and helpful attitude.
Qualification
· Must see your work before you are considered.
· Must be a licensed Lash Technician, Esthetician or Cosmetologist – Lash Extension Experience is a PLUS but NOT required.
· Applicant must also be flexible, reliable and available to work various schedules, including weekends and holidays.
· Must be customer service oriented and possess an awesome interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
· Must be willing to learn our styles and lash application technique.
· Must posses a high school certificate or equivalent.
