Kool Medical Aesthetics is hiring a lead Aesthetician and two clinical aestheticians. We are located in East Weatherford (15 min drive from Fort Worth,TX)
Kool Medical Aesthetics is a modern/upscale, medical spa specializing in skincare, lasers, and age management medicine. We are interviewing now with a start date April 5th for our grand opening.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Provide esthetic non-invasive cosmetic treatments and services
-Meet sales goals by recommending services and retail products
-Make service and treatment recommendations by analyzing skin types and educating guests
-Gather guest medical history and inquire about contraindications and proceed accordingly
-Accurately maintain and update guest records
-Effectively manage the storage, administration and ordering of cosmetic and non-cosmetic supplies
-Organize, assist, and attend organization special events and marketing opportunities
-Work as a team member in assisting other employees, maintaining a positive outlook and environment, supporting each other and the business overall
-Be professional in actions, speech and appearance
-Clean, sanitize, organize and maintain equipment and procedure room
-Reliable attendance is critical
-Perform follow-up calls to guests: review treatment, answer questions, schedule follow up, and promote retail product sales
-Willing to learn/certify new products and procedures as deemed necessary by Spa Manager or Medical Director
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Certified/licensed Esthetician within Texass
-Possess a thorough knowledge of the skin
-Have excellent facial massage and skin extraction techniques
-Knowledge of current aesthetic treatment practices, products and trends
-Experienced and comfortable consulting patients regarding skin care needs, techniques and treatment plans
-Availability flexible with evening and weekend shifts as needed
