We’re recruiting and hiring a Licensed, Experienced, Motivated Esthetician to join our team of professional, kind, & motivated estheticians at Great Skin!
Full Time – Avg. Weekly Income $600-$700 (1st Year; $700-$1100 Per week 2nd year) based on actual earnings.

Full time, licensed & Experienced Esthetician (Employee position/hourly compensation + Commission on Products + tips – weekly pay, excellent spa, customer base, great place to work (min 1 year experience working as an esthetician or related field with a valid Texas Estheticians Licenses, we do not accept cosmetology licenses to work as an esthetician at Great Skin) performing professional spa services with strong references (from previous employer or school).
Position is full time, 38-40 hours per week, 8:40-5:30 pm Monday-Saturday (working a consistent and set schedule which includes 4 business days and every Saturday); Off day is Sunday & 1 other established business off day during week. Set schedule). We are open 9am-5pm (Monday-Saturday) Closed Sundays
Compensation for the position consist of hourly salary (during entire shift), commission on products and tips – average weekly income first year is $600-$700; per week.
2nd Year – consist of same, hourly salary, commission and average earnings 2nd year is $700-$1100 per week based on products, tips and commission on services that you sell, bringing average weekly income (based on history and factual income to $700-$1100 per week. 1st year is considered training position, where you are trained on the Great Skin products, services, protocols and professional esthetician performance and results and average (based on actual earnings) is $600-$700 per week. Great Skin is well known for its excellence in service providers and often considered unsurpassed. Our estheticians are consistent high earners and very well trained through our in house on the job training and coaching the first year along with being provided customers from our extensive marketing, reputation and 12 years in this location.
The position responsibilities Include:
Performing professional, high quality facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, waxing, skin care analysis, selling skin care & treatment plans based on clients needs and our products and services, making outgoing calls to established clientele to inform clients of specials, re-invite them back into spa, assist in upkeep of spa and front counter as needed. We also offer Body Slimming services; slimming body wraps, fat cavitation, Endermologie, Foot Detox and will train strong candidate on those treatments, but give preference to applicants with knowledge and experience in these services. We also offer teeth whitening and Hydra Glow facials. We are a day spa and facial club, so we seek someone with strong desire and ability to develop and sell treatment plans and established strong and professional relationships with clients and partner with them to meet their skin and body care goals. This is an employee/employer position and not open to those looking to build their current and personal business. A non compete/employee contract is required to join Great Skin and our training program as a paid employee.
The person we seek is professional, mature, focused, organized, strong communication and listening skills, ability and desire to work in a small team with strong work ethic and get along well with others, enjoy working in an effective, focused and organized work environment that is enjoyable, productive, focused, professional and proven results oriented. Our clients and staff love the experiences, knowledge, income and work environment provided them. You are not a number at Great Skin. Must have reliable transportation, verifiable references (from previous employer and schools), must also be able to pass a drug and background test. As we are a drug free work environment.
Must also be able to work the noted hours, without alteration. We do provide an in house training program (once hired) on our services/products that is on going and, we do require signing a non compete/employee contract This is an employee position – as we are not seeking to hire contractors or self employed estheticians looking to grow or enhance their own personal business or as a training ground for those looking to start their own business This is an employee position with regular pay, including the benefits of working as an employee such as w2. The person we seek, has a strong desire to work in this field, with an effective, professional, focused and very nice and dedicated team – strong ability to stay focused and that can be counted on with consistency and the desire to be employed with a great company with the end result, excellence for our customers, in mind and do so without the need for constant and direct supervision or micro management.
