Esthetician – Part-time to Full-Time
Position Overview:
The role of the Esthetician is to successfully reach and maintain the clients’ skincare goals by providing both the best custom treatments possible and expert consultation for at-home regimen and products in a relaxing and rejuvenating manner. The ideal candidate for this position has excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, a willingness to learn new services and products, and is a team player. Previous experience in basic facial services to include deep cleansing, facial and neck and shoulder massage, exfoliation, extractions, masks, peels and waxing is essential. Microdermabrasion, High Frequency Treatment, Dermafab (similar to Dermaplane), Back Facial experience and Bilingual is a PLUS. Licensed Estheticians are required.
Main Responsibilities include:
Performing Custom Facial Services specific to a client’s skincare needs and goals
Offering Added Enhancements to the Facial that will benefit the client
Consulting and Recommending At-Home Regimen and Products that will benefit the client
Engaging the client in committing to monthly or bi-monthly facials
Maintaining Sanitary conditions
Helping out with Laundry and light cleaning
Performing additional duties as required
Requirements:
Valid Esthetics license
Excellent customer service skills
Great work ethic
