Salon Manager

Overview

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on leader who does more than just manage – you will be the driving force behind our salon’s growth and culture.  While you maintain a professional presence behind the chair, you will also serve as a mentor and strategist, leading the team by example and motivating them to exceed daily goals for themselves and the salon.  You will be responsible for planning and executing growth strategies to build the clientele and increase overall salon sales & success.  If you are a leader, hold an active Texas cosmetology license, have a customer-first mindset and a passion for developing talent, we invite you to lead our team to the next level.
