The stylist/barber’s role is to deliver the highest quality service to their clients. Whether it’s a haircut, shave, beard trim, waxing or fade the gray color service, the stylist/barber’s role is to focus on quality first! We are not a chop shop and always value quality over quantity.
This position has two main factors that are important. First is their technical skill. A Diesel Barbershop stylist/barber should have a good amount of industry experience with the ability to perform a fantastic fade (1/2 guard or less) with shear work on top. They should be a person that can talk with and relate to others (their clients and co-workers). They will need to have flexible availability and be able to work nights and weekends.
