Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Nail Technicians to join Color Theory’s new team. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while upholding our studio’s values of non-toxic, customer-centric, well conscious, gentle beauty services and products. You will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in nail care, design, and natural nail techniques. Join us in creating a healthy and beautiful space for our clients to enjoy guilt-free pampering.
Responsibilities:
Provide a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art, using non-toxic products.
Offer personalized consultations to clients, understanding their preferences and recommending suitable non-toxic nail care treatments.
Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation, adhering to strict hygiene and sterilization practices to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
Stay up-to-date with the latest non-toxic nail care trends, techniques, and products to provide innovative and on-trend services.
Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring each client has a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Assist in managing inventory, ensuring an adequate supply of products and materials.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering outstanding service and personalized recommendations.
Contribute to the overall success of the studio by participating in team meetings, sharing ideas, and supporting promotional activities.
Requirements:
Some experience as a Nail Technician, preferably in a non-toxic or eco-friendly salon.
In-depth knowledge and proficiency in a variety of nail techniques, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, nail art, and natural nail care.
Strong understanding of non-toxic and eco-friendly nail care practices, including the use of non-toxic polishes, removers, and other related products.
Passion for sustainability and a commitment to promoting non-toxic beauty practices.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Valid Nail Technician license/certification in accordance with local regulations.
