The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities and a hustler’s spirit, ready to support the daily operations of our salon while ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside a talented and educated team of salon professionals, enhancing your skills and knowledge in the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist stylists with various tasks, including preparing tools, cleaning workstations, and ensuring the salon is well-organized and presentable.
– Greet clients warmly, manage appointments, and handle phone inquiries with professionalism.
– Provide excellent customer service, responding to client needs and requests promptly.
– Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
– Stay updated on salon services, products, and trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
– Support promotional activities and events within the salon to enhance client engagement.
-shampoo and color application support including toners, roots shades. Blow drying and styling
Qualifications:
– cosmetology graduate
– Strong multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for the beauty industry.
– Basic knowledge of hair and beauty products is a plus.
