Description
Under direct supervision, consults with the guest on their desired style and hair,
recommends professional products, services and treatments. Deliver exceptional
technical service with an emphasis on the finishing touches. Responsible for
building a client base encouraging memberships, while following all company
standards, policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
• Acknowledge and greet all guests and offers friendly, professional, prompt
and exceptional service
• Meet and exceed all individual sales and productivity goals and perform
services within allotted time, with emphasis on add-on services and retail
• Attend all company educational events, training and meetings
• Assist in salon maintenance duties, including sanitation
• Follow all salon standards for guest service and cleanliness
• Adhere to salon dress code, including wearing hairstyle to current trend(s)
Experience
• Valid Cosmetology or Hair design license
• Proficient with latest salon trends and techniques
• Proficient with use of equipment needed to perform service(s)
• Developed communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
