Overview

Position Objectives:
As a Spa Esthetician at C3 Wellness Spa Houston – Missouri City, you will deliver exceptional spa treatments to ensure guests experience the ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation. You will be expected to master treatment and product technical knowledge, adhere to established protocols, and maintain a professional self-image. Continuing self-education is essential to ensure personal and professional growth within the role.

Position Activities and Responsibilities:

• Perform all facial treatments offered on the spa menu according to established protocols and rituals.
• Collaborate with other spa team members to provide a seamless guest experience.
• Assess guest needs and make appropriate treatment and home care recommendations.
• Maintain a warm, gracious, and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Uphold a high standard of professional image, including dress, appearance, language, and lifestyle.
• Adhere to the highest standards of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentation in the spa.
• Actively work to build and maintain a loyal clientele.
• Participate in all team meetings, including general and team-specific gatherings.
• Assist with laundry, spa cleaning, and organizational tasks as needed.
• Maintain treatment suite inventory and perform other administrative duties.
• Attend in-house training and commit to continuing education outside of the spa.
• Participate in marketing initiatives and special events planning and execution.
• Make referrals to other team members as needed for additional treatments or services.
• Assist in evaluating potential new team members when asked.
• Help onboard and support new team members.
• Complete daily cleaning checklists and comply with county, state, and local sanitation regulations.
• Adhere to work schedule, maintain good work ethics, and be a reliable team player.
• Stay positive and professional at all times while setting and achieving personal goals.

Desired Qualifications:
You’ll need to have…

• Bachelor’s degree or Two or more years of work experience along with a high school degree or GED.
• Valid esthetic license.
• One year specialized skills and knowledge of facial protocols, aromatherapy, and equipment usage.
• One year of guest service-oriented experience with the ability to create a memorable spa experience.
