We at Brow Pros are looking for Threaders who are passionate about creating confidence in every client they see! We pride ourselves on maintaining a high quality experience for our customers at a price point that doesn’t break the bank.
As a Threading Specialist, your main duties would be to ensure that every client leaves loving the results of their service, maintaining a clean and organized space, providing the highest level of customer service possible, and taking care of transactions as needed.
Our ideal threaders are detail oriented, have positive attitudes, and are always clean and organized. The ideal candidate would also be skilled at threading and waxing, and skilled at or willing to learn about brow tinting and henna tattoos.
We have 5 salons across the Dallas-Fort Worth area, so no matter where you live, we have a location for you! We offer competitive pay (Hourly pay + Tips) and bonuses based off performance, as well as free services from all our salons and discounts on our products!
Requirements:
Esthetics or Cosmetology license (preferred)
Excellent customer service skills
Great work ethic
Ability to up-sell products and services
Understanding of technology
Ability to pass background check
Must be eligible to work in the US
