We provide luxury hair for Boss Women. We are seeking a Store Manager who has experience in the Beauty Industry, leadership, maintains professionalism, and the ability to adapt.
Job Duties
*Ensure the associate is writing/responding to emails
*Keeping inventory of in stock items
*Ensure associates are completing daily duties
*Holding associates accountable to exceptional customer service
*Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
* Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
* Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.
* Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
* Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
Starting pay is $14- $17 per hour plus the opportunity to earn commission and bonuses!
