Blushington Makeup and Beauty Lounge is hiring! MAKEUP ARTISTS & HAIR STYLISTS to JOIN OUR LATE WINTER/EARLY SPRING TRAINING
*****MUST BE ABLE TO WORK (FRIDAY IF AVAILABLE) SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY!***
Key Attributes:
*Skilled, licensed makeup artist/hairstylist*Use good judgment and value people — treat everyone with respect*Positive Attitude — having a positive, cup-is-half-full attitude is paramount.*Communication is key at Blushington.*Entrepreneurial attitude — we are looking for someone who is a self starter and wants to grow and thrive with Blushington and has the ability to wear many hats!*Service Expectations: Friendly and welcoming attitude.*Active listening – Identify and anticipate needs.*An EXCEPTIONAL team player.*Punctuality*Flexible schedule — must be available to work weekends*Maintain employee appearance standards*Maintain personal phone and media use standardsQualifications:*Makeup Artistry and prior experience in the beauty industry is required*Flexibility regarding working hours: ability to work nights, weekends and some holidays*Dry Styling is a new service that we offer! Looking for talent who can create some beautiful work.*Must be able to initiate and manage change as well as feedback in a positive manner*Adapt at problem solving and able to think outside the box***
A valid TX state Cosmetology/Esthetics license
