We are looking for a bilingual medical assistant who would be interested in working with the anti-aging industry, aesthetics, and well-being of the skin of face and body. We also do many modalities that require medical assistant duties, but we also are looking for someone who speaks Spanish to help us with our incoming inquiry calls, texts, and social media messaging.
The medical assistant will be an assistant to our nurse aesthetician/injectionist, our physician’s assistant, and our esthetician as well as be able to learn and assist with administrative and marketing duties. He or she will also be doing a lot of facials each day as needed since we are growing and many new patients and current patients love our high-level facials. There will be an opportunity to grow a career in the aesthetic industry.
We are located in the Heights and are looking to hire the right candidate fairly quickly.
We are open Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The hours for our medical assistant would be from just prior to opening (prep time) as well as just after closing. At this point, we are starting to open one Saturday a month only from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

KM/Beyoutiful Anti-Aging Studio is a growing upscale medical aesthetics studio seeking a bilingual medical assistant to join our team. Candidates will be passionate about the aesthetic field, have a strong work ethic, and be inherently professional in both demeanor and presence. You must be a team member who is reliable, engaging, and able to maintain a consistent and strong relationship with patients. Along with medical assisting skills, you will learn about our skincare line and treatments in order to properly assess and educate patients on the best treatment for their concerns.
This person will need to uphold the highest level of customer service and add to our friendly warm environment. They will be able to assist in educating patients on treatments, products available and coordinate treatment plans, with continuous follow-up to ensure every patient’s satisfaction.
