Spa Nail Technician for a High-End Day Spa
We are hiring for our client- a high-end Spa in the Deer Park and Clear Lake area. There are multiple openings at 3 locations due to business growth. We are looking for someone that has the right customer service approach for outstanding service! Our Spa is known for our incredible repeat clientele. Our manicures, pedicures and additional nail services are cutting edge with the best equipment and products. The Nail Technician performs professional nail, hand and foot treatments. They must possess a thorough knowledge of the nails, including a basic knowledge of hand and foot massage techniques and a neat application of polish. They must possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train in our spa’s specific nail service offerings. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide beauty solutions to meet the needs of our guests. They must hold and maintain a current state license.
Responsibilities
· Provide individualized nail services and treatments that meet the clients’ needs and expectations
· Explain products, services and treatments to clients and assist them with determining their individual needs
· Ensure clients feel welcome when they arrive for their appointments
· Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures
· Maintain spa appearance and cleanliness
· Stock and maintain work station according to standard operating procedures
· Promote and up-sell products and services
· Ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the spa

Requirements
· Maintain appropriate certification and licensure
· Possess excellent communication skills
· A friendly, people-oriented, customer driven individual
