Qualifications
Committed to building client loyalty, valid Esthetics License, drug free, positive attitude,
strong sales experience is a plus, is willing to commit to their agreed upon work
schedule and provide a safe Spa environment for all clients and employees.
Responsibilities
1. Greet clients in a professional, friendly manner and select the appropriate facial
based on the client’s needs, after reviewing the client intake form and skin
analysis with each client.
2. Educate each client on the benefits of facials specific to them and recommend
a facial plan to achieve client goals.
4. Assist clients in retail area(s) and be available to answer any questions about
RepĂȘchage & Image products.
5. Maintain strong sales of retail products.
6. Complete accurate and detailed S.O.A.P. notes.
7. Maintain a clean and organized retail area i.e., dust shelves, arrange products
properly, display product specials, etc.
8. Complete the inventory count before, during and at the end of each shift.
9. Maintain a professional appearance of self and Spa. Proper uniform, tasteful
makeup, nails short and conservatively manicured, and hair back away from
face.
10. Follow sanitation and room setup protocols.
11. Promote services by doing grass roots marketing with management approval.
Should be done once a week during opening in schedule.
12. Must adhere to local and state esthetic licensing laws and regulations.
13. Must provide original copy of esthetics license.
14. Must provide proof of liability insurance.
15. Treat every client and employee with respect and ensure all clients have a safe spa experience.
