Compensation
$12/hr base OR 40–45% commission — whichever is higher.

We’re a brand‑new, modern salon in McKinney and part of the Fantastic Sams family. Our goal is to build a clean, friendly, drama‑free environment where stylists feel supported, valued, and able to grow. We provide walk‑ins, marketing, and ongoing training so you’re never sitting around waiting for clients.
What You’ll Do –
Provide high‑quality haircuts, blowouts, and styling
Perform color services (all‑over color, highlights, balayage, toning)
Deliver great consultations and personalized recommendations
Maintain a clean, professional workstation
Use Zenoti to check in guests and manage appointments
Support a positive, team‑focused salon culture
What We’re Looking For –
Licensed cosmetologist or barber
Strong cutting and/or color skills
Good communication and customer‑service mindset
Reliable, professional, and team‑oriented
Portfolio or photos of your work (preferred)
