Earth Nail Spa is hiring talented, professional nail technicians who care about great work, clean standards, and a calm guest experience. We’re currently hiring part time and full time team members.
What you’ll do
Provide high quality manicures and pedicures based on Earth service standards
Deliver clean prep, polished finishes, and consistent timing
Educate guests on aftercare and service options
Maintain a spotless station and follow all sanitation protocols
Support a calm, welcoming experience from start to finish
What we’re looking for
Current Texas cosmetology or manicure license
Strong fundamentals in prep, shaping, cuticle work, and polish application
A team mindset and great communication
Professional, reliable, and coachable
Commitment to cleanliness and safety
Nice to have:
Builder gel experience
Gel X extensions experience
E-file confidence
