Job Description:
- To provide skin treatments, hair removal and other processes that help clients to gain and maintain healthy skin.
Expectations:
Licensing:
Maintain an active esthetician license at all times that you work with The Butterbar Skincare, LLC
Your license number will be visible within your beauty room at all times (as per the state of Texas requirements).
Product Knowledge:
Estheticians are expected to learn The Butterbar Skincare’s products and products usage in order to properly treat client’s skin and provide exceptional service.
Travel:
At times, you will be requested to travel with the MBB team for on-site events ( trade shows, booths, pop-up shops etc. ) During this time you may be asked to perform mini facials, hand massages, and other procedures, You will also serve as an on-site consultant for those who have beauty and skin related concerns.
Attire:
At no time can you perform services without your uniform on. While representing MBB at events-you will be given instructions on what you should wear to maintain professionalism.
Marketing:
Conduct On + Offline Marketing strategies that can include:
*Live Streaming via My Butter Bar’s Social Media platforms ( can include: Instagram, Facebook, Youtube Live Streaming and Periscope )
*Answer Questions in comments on Social Media
*Answer Skin-Related Direct Messages
Administrative:
Notify CEO’s Assistants bi-monthly of needed room supplies and orders needed
File necessary client paperwork
Aid shipping team with products during down time.
