Overview
The Clinic Coordinator is an important front line team member that keeps clients informed, recommends services, products, operates the computer, phone system & cash drawer. You must maintain a cheerful, supportive & friendly attitude. This position comes in contact with every customer by welcoming them & saying good bye. The impression created by the Clinic Coordinator is what the guests will respond to upon arrival & departure. You will set the overall tone & atmosphere for each client visit.
The Clinic Coordinator maintains the front desk, oversees daily operations of the salon/spa, manages all booking systems & work closely with management on all aspects of business, while helping to build Ogle School Hair, Skin, Nails as a recognizable, valued brand. You will assist in running front line interactions with clients, as well as overseeing the organization/maintenance of the retail area while promoting retail sales. You will also monitor inventory before, during & after hours of operation, as well as during special events. You’ll be expected to uphold & continually improve high customer service standards in order to maximize client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:
Criminal background & credit check (Required)
Front desk: 1 year (Preferred)
Cosmetology or Esthetics: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Job Requirements:
· Experience in customer service and retail sales
· Appointment booking experience helpful
· Capable of working well with a team and individually
· Friendly and outgoing
· Hair, makeup, and appearance should be up to beauty standards for office attire (as you will be the first person anyone sees upon entering the salon)
· Front desk and/or hostess experience helpful
· Strong relationship, communication and customer service skills required
Responsibilities:
· Assist in management and growth of salon/spa
· Coordinate new business and follow through with clientele
· Book and confirm all appointments, and monitor booking software
· Monitor capacities and overbooking to ensure clients are serviced efficiently
· Anticipate no shows and open schedules, and plan recruiting and rebooking efforts accordingly
· Act as a point person for client questions/ feedback
· Assist dissatisfied customers
· Track retention and other salon trends
· Generate reports
· Manage inventory
· Assist in promotion planning to encourage sales and new clients

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
Benefits: Paid time off, health benefits if qualify
Schedule: Monday-Friday 3:30pm-9:30pm
